Monday's Recipe: Oreo Truffles

Oreo Truffles are probably one of the best confections on earth! They are the perfect combination of chocolatey goodness and a creamy center. Best of all.... they are super easy!

To make your delectable oreo truffles, you will need the following items:
  • 16 ounces Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • white/milk/dark chocolate for dipping
  • food processor
First, take your Oreo cookies and run them through the food processor until they are well crushed, but not dust. Then mix the Oreo crumbs and the cream cheese together with an electric mixer. Once they are well mixed together, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Freeze for 45 minutes.

After you remove your Oreo balls from the freezer, dip them in melted chocolate until coated. Then you can roll the oreo balls in your favorite sprinkles, coconut, oreo crumbs, or drizzle them in chocolate!

Make sure you refrigerate the Oreo Truffles until you serve them!

These chocolatey treat are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth!
